To clarify the Catch Photo Release, we will be using the Iangler app:

In that regard, fish will be measured to the nearest 1/4 inch and must have a clear photo of the fish nose on zero and tail fork (note this is a fork of tail measurement not pinched tail). Any tie will have a separate date fish playoff. This is a fun event and cheating will not be tolerated. We will use 2 CCA Judges that will score up to 4PM each day photos sent thru app. In addition the Tournament Director will be final judge based on information. If there is any discrepancies a tournament committee can be called in to review results.
US Angling has teamed announced Fish N Paddle Saltwater Slam's Catch Photo Release Division winner will go to Valencia, Spain to represent the USA in the World Championship!
Also, the Fish N Paddle Saltwater Slam Heaviest Fish Division B1 Winner will be filming an Episode with Robert Field on the Continental USA as Los Buzos can not accomodate this year. This will be in Florida or another destination chosen by Robert Field.

The Fish N Paddle Saltwater Slam is a Kayak Fishing Tournament and Stand Up Paddleboard Fishing Tournament on June 22-23, 2024 in Ocean City, Maryland. This tournament will be the ultimate kayak/SUP fishing experience with no minimum number of anglers and over $7,000 cash purse to be distributed to the top three anglers!
Come enjoy a warm summer tournament and fish the back bays and inshore ocean for the following qualifed species:
Flounder
Striped Bass (aka, Rockfish or Stripers)
Bluefish/Ribbonfish/Houndfish
Sea Trout (Grey Trout, Speckled Trout)
Bottom Fish (Sheepshead, Triggerfish, Spadefish, Black Sea Bass, Spot, Croaker)
Cobia
Red and Black Drum
Spanish and King Mackerel
In order to win, we will combine the weighed in points of each angler's top three fish of any qualifying species over 2 days. Anglers can even have 3 of the same qualifying species to win.
